Description
A single passenger mobile Rodeo Bull multi ride.
Construction:
Base unit:
An electro mechanical motion system offering both lateral, pitch, and roll, plus a 360 degree rotation.
The ride motion is controlled by a PLC via inverters, all housed in a robust GRP (Glass Re-inforced plastic) operator console.
Control Console
Conforms to all aspects of EN60-204 Electrical Equipment of Machines and IEE Wiring Regulations 16th Edition BS.7671
The control console has a Mains Isolator Switch and an Emergency Stop button, with a key lock facility and has internal RCD trips fitted.
RIDE ATTACHMENTS
All sub frames are constructed from 25mm box section, which are completely covered by a shell constructed from GRP
INFLATABLE AIR BED
The inflatable air bed is manufactured from a Flame Retardant PVC that is tested to BS.5438 test 2a 1989, and is inflated constantly using a 0.755kw centrifugal fan.
OPERATION
Manual and Automatic control consoles
Using the joystick you can select any of the 8 position ride function, and at the same time you can control the speed of the 'Spin' & 'Buck' with the individual speed dials
The ride will only activate with the joystick and speed dial is activated, and the ride will stop when the joystick is released.
To start the ride, activate the joystick, gradually increasing the 'Spin' & 'Buck' speed controls according to the ability of the rider.
Automatic control consoles
Using either of the 3 pre-set programs each of which are set at different skill levels.
The ride will only activate when the operator presses either one of the green pre-set program buttons
To stop the ride the operator must press the red stop button beneath the pre-set buttons
Digital Timer
The digital timer will only activate when the ride starts and will automatically stop when either the joystick is released or the red stop button beneath the pre-set programs is pressed
RISKS
Stopping the ride immediately to avoid injury
The operator must watch the rider continuously for the duration of the ride.
SAFTEY OF RIDERS & SPECTATORS
DO NOT allow more than one person onto the multi ride at the same time
DO NOT allow riders to hold onto the rubber horns
ALWAYS ensure that the rider is sitting in the correct position
ALWAYS ensure that the rider wears a protective glove
ENSURE the riders remove shoes
Riders with long hair MUST have it securely tied back throughout the the ride
ENSURE that the rider removes any sharpe objects such as keys, jewellery and spectacles before riding the multi ride
Spectators should NOT be allowed to sit/stand in the inflatable during use
The inflatable SHOULD NOT be used for any other activity such as a bouncy castle
DO NOT allow any person onto the stimulator who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
DO NOT allow any person onto the stimulator with food and drink
DO NOT allow any person onto the stimulator who is or maybe pregnant, suffering from a medical problem such as a heart condition or epilepsy
DO NOT allow any stand up attachments such as a surf or snowboard to be used on an inflatable that measures less than 5.5 dia
DO NOT allow surfboards or snowboards to be used with the spin switched to the ON position
DO NOT allow any one person onto the multi ride who is less than 1.2 meters height
